Choi + Shine Architects

Friday, February 23 & Saturday, February 24 | 4–10 p.m.

Marshall Way Roundabout

As Canal Convergence continues to grow and expand, the event will transition to a November time slot. Choi + Shine Architects are creating the first of several large scale, site-specific installations to be featured at the November event. Their sculpture, ARIZONA!, is an 8-foot-tall, 650-foot-long hand-crocheted lace ribbon, which will elegantly meander over and around the Arizona Canal.

Choi + Shine are looking for experienced crocheters to contribute to this piece. The artists will be on site at the Arizona Canal on Feb. 23 and 24 to discuss ARIZONA! and how you can get involved. Stop by to meet the artists and learn about their upcoming installation.
