Survey Contest Rules
This year for the 2024 edition of Canal Convergence, we are conducting a short 3-minute survey. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the experience and keeping the event free to the public. Canal Convergence is created and presented by Scottsdale Arts, with funding from the City of Scottsdale’s Tourism Development Commission funds, corporate sponsors, private donors, grants, and donations from the public. The data collected will help us demonstrate the value of our event to potential funders.

By completing the survey, you will be entered to win a new Magnum electric bicycle and admission to Wonderspace. Rules and conditions apply:
- Participants must have attended the 2024 edition of Canal Convergence (Nov. 8–17, 2024) and must be 18 years or older to receive the grand prize or any other prizes.
- Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to win the prize(s) offered: (a) Employees of Scottsdale Arts, affiliates and subsidiaries and (b) immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household as any person in (a) above.
- The winner will be notified no later than end of business day on Nov. 22, 2024, via the email address used to complete the Canal Convergence 2024 Survey.
- A single attempt will be made to contact the selected winner via the email address used to complete the Canal Convergence 2024 Survey.
- Selected winner will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond to claim their prize(s). After twenty-four (24) hours, prizes left unclaimed will be considered abandoned and will be awarded to an alternate eligible participant as selected by Scottsdale Arts.
- To claim prize(s), Participant can pick up locally in Scottsdale, Arizona.
No continental U.S. shipping, or off continent or international shipping is available at this time.

The data provided by the “Participants” may be used by Scottsdale Arts in order to check participants’ identity, their postal address and telephone number, or to otherwise verify their eligibility to participate in the “Giveaway” and to receive any “Prize.”
Scottsdale Arts is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.
