About the Event

Create a glowing flower pin using fabric and LEDs. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to construct your own unique flowers out of fabric and install glowing LEDs inside them. Then, we’ll turn them into wearable flower corsages you can proudly display around town! 

Biography 

The Walter Hive is an arts nonprofit located in south Scottsdale. Their goal is to provide arts and fabrication programs with the purpose of developing practical skills, increasing confidence, and promoting well-being. The Walter Hive provides monthly classes to partners, such as Cancer Support Community Arizona and the Girl Scouts of the USA, along with classes open to the community at large.
