Biography

Jennifer Britz’s passion for art started at a young age and continued to grow throughout her life, using that passion to help others—specifically children—grow their appreciation for art knowledge, education, and appreciation. Britz spent nearly 20 years with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, creating various fine and performing arts curriculum for children and youth ages 6 to 18. This journey allowed her to introduce art to new minds and provided a creative outlet that is so needed in today’s world. Toward the end of her Boys & Girls Clubs career, she started Art Cart as an additional way to give back to the community and introduce art to children, especially in low-income communities. This initiative allowed her to give to others with art as a tool. Britz is now in her second year as a “Young Rembrandt,” teaching art education within the Mesa School District.
