Tours

Take in the sunset and join Scottsdale Arts staff on a one-hour walking tour of the artwork at this year’s Canal Convergence every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the event. Or join Salt River Project (SRP) staff on a one-hour guided walking tour of the engineering marvels and incredible history of the Valley’s canal system. All tours and workshops require pre-registration.

All tours will have free sensory kits available upon request for rental. Sensory kits include noise-canceling headphones, emotion cards, tissues, wipes, a fidget toy, a weighted blanket, and an accessibility guide to enhance your experience at Canal Convergence!

We are also offering Spanish and American Sign Language tours. More information is coming soon.


Workshops & Activities

The Nationwide Innovation Zone will return to Canal Convergence this year with an exciting and intriguing mix of workshops. Curated by Scottsdale Arts Learning & Innovation, this selection includes ticketed workshops with Canal Convergence artists and other creatives from our community. View workshop options here. 


Drop-In Activities 

Our drop-in activities offer fun for all ages at the Nationwide Innovation Zone and the Scottsdale Arts Roundabout. Activity costs may vary.


Performances 

The Herberger Stage at Soleri Plaza will host nightly music and spoken word performances during Canal Convergence. The stage is conveniently located within the Beer and Wine Garden. Additionally, Canal Convergence invites local dancers to perform and interact with the artworks.


Beer and Wine Garden 

Soleri Plaza is the designated beer and wine garden for Canal Convergence, providing visitors a chance to enjoy a variety of beverages (including soft drinks) while watching live performances. Additionally, a rotating series of food trucks will be serving up tasty eats on weekends. More information coming soon.
